Willis & Jurasek can provide support from anywhere at anytime. TeamViewer is a secure, remote access package used to provide support to the client.
Overview
We will instruct the client to click the link below which will temporarily load a memory-resident application on the client's PC which will provide a user ID and password. The user ID is unique to the specific client PC and the password is a randomly generated number that changes with each session.
When we are finished providing support with a TeamViewer session, the session is ended and the memory-resident application is discarded. This means nothing is loaded permanently on the client's PC. Once the session is ended we no longer have access to the client's PC. In the event another session is needed, a fresh copy of Team Viewer will be loaded into memory and a new randomly generated password is created by the software.
Security
While we are viewing the client's PC, via TeamViewer, the data being exchanged between the two PCs across the Internet is encrypted for security.
